Guys my manager Jason Genet just told me that UFC 108 is not happening. Brock has Mono and what the UFC has told me is that I have earned the title shoot but I have to wait for the title holder.

I hope Brock gets well soon. I highly suggest he get into a Max Muscle store because they have the best advice and supplements to support that advice. It really is the only way to make it through the grueling weather and training we live through.

Here's to spending some time with the family and eating as much as I can at Thanksgiving.

Thanks to my amazing sponsors Max Muscle, Beaver Buzz Energy, PerformanceMMA, Nightrider Jewelry, MTX Audio, and Warrior Wear.

Be patient, it'll come. Obviously you want Brock to be at 100% when you fight. That way when you beat the ego out of him he won't have any excuses.

This is crazy. I have to believe Brock wasn't ready for the fight, sickness or not. Now it seems he's taken 6 months of your career away Shane! It's ridiculous you have to sit around when you're ready to go! If you would have known when he cancelled 106 that 108 wasn't going to happen, is there a possibility you could have said, "Dana, I need to fight Nov. 21st. Get me somebody because I'm ready to bust some heads." Shane from they way you talked before this you couldn't have been more ready. Now you have wait...and wait...and wait for him to man up. You know anybody who would've been willing to fight you on short notice wouldn't stand a chance. Was there any thought to saying "To hell with Lesnar. Give me an opponent ASAP"?

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. ~ Romans 8:28

Keep your head up Shane, your time is coming. Enjoy the holidays with family and friends.

After reading your tweet about getting your knee scanned.
I'm sure you'll be pumping on all cylinders when you guys do tie up.

So Brock better watch out because the longer he draws this bout out the better you get Shane.

Everything does happen for a reason, we totally believe that. Although we are so ready for this fight to BE HERE, I'm sure it's a blessing in disguise. Thanks for everyone's support - we can't tell you how much it means to us!!

This is really irritating to hear. Shouldn't he have to relinquish his belt if he cannot defend it? Also, I'm sure you're looking at a nice pay day. *sigh*

Will you be in Memphis? I really want to go to see Diego and Penn fight
