Healthy eating champion.....
Just wanted to give all the Carwin army fans an update as to how dedicated Shane has been to following his nutrition plan and how amazing it is to watch his results. The MMA world is about to see Shane in the best shape they have ever seen!
Watch UFC 131 as my man Shane puts on a dominating performance that he has been working his butt off for (literally now that he's dropped 30 pounds, ha).
