Support The Troops
I was telling my Mom this has been some of the darkest days I could remember as a competitor. She looked at me with that look that I know so well and I could tell she was disappointed with my words.
She responded that I am living my dream every day. I am here chasing what matters to me, doing what I want the way I want to do it. I am a free man with a wife who is free to chase her dreams and raising two great kids who are also free. She reminded me of my Cousin Row who is on the front line everyday protecting those freedoms while his family sits at home and prays for his safe return.
I forget, we all do from time to time of the sacrifices that are being made so we can live in the World we do. Those heros that came before us and those that walk among us today. So thank you Row and thank you to all the armed forces for doing what you do.
I am a part of this fabric of freedom you lay your life on the line to protect. I am forever in your debt and you will always have my gratitude.
Tell your loved ones to thank an Armed Forces member today.

i look at it like this. protecting are beloved country is mandatory...competing in the UFC is not.

Shane, you have all the tools in the next rematch with Brock. All but Cardio. Brock is a cardio monster and that allowed him to survive and take you into Rd 2 which you showed total exhaustion. Do the roadwork like it is for your total survival and you will be the next Champion. Good luck!!!!

nice Blog, yeah you should definatly switch to a organic food diet. I did and its done wonders for my health and wellbeing.

One of My best friends Flies home safe and sound From Afghan tomorrow, I'm very grateful that he gets to come home to us and his family, I've always supported the troops because I know first hand what amazing people they are.
