Training is going great, tough but great. We began our peeking drills this week and I am beginning to feel like this is going to happen. I hope you all have plans to watch us TeamCarwin get into action again on the 27th. Frank is a tough opponent, my toughest to date and I have done all I can do to be ready for this battle.
In the end victory does not define the person the person defines the victory. We are all blessed to be on this journey together and I thank you.

We cannot wait for this fight! First Mir then Lesnar. So far everybody I talk to really don't mention the GSP Hardy fight it's all about Cawin and Mir. That seemed to be added in after you and Mir were already billed to fight in UFC 111. Anyway I loved the interview on UFC last night I can hardly wait for March 27th it's almost like Christmas. I also liked watching you and Trevor wrestle in the gym the other night. It was pretty funny the whole class stopped and watched. It looked like a great dane fighting a poodle. I have to admit I was rooting for Trevor. I think he could have slipped out. LOL.
