The foundation of MMA was built around guys like Tank Abbot, Royce Gracie, Ken Shamrock, Kimo, Tito Ortiz, Kevin Randleman, Frank Shamrock, BJ Penn. All these guys were very good at trash talking and there have been post fight incidents with Tito flipping off Guy Metzger, wearing a Gay Metzger tshirt.
