Shane, Once again, you only reinforce why I am a big fan of yours. As a former POW of OIF, I know all to well about the illness. From hyper- villigence to extreme anger, frequent nocturna to depression. I recieved two gunshots before I was shot down…

Mir, poor choice of words
Well, I was going through the news and came across a recent interview (perhaps this is old) where Frank was was speaking about a rematch with Lesnar, apparently, Mir had said a few poor choice words, well I think Frank may had step on his crank but I don't think he meant it. I would be lying if I said I have never mispoken. I have ranted many times about killing Iraqi's but doesn't mean if i saw one I would do it.
